Walker Cup 2025

The Walker Cup was won this year by Sue Fraser.
This AC competition is a one day event, open to players with handicaps of 10 and over. Games were 18-point, with a time limit of 1 hour 20 mins. There were 10 entrants and all but two of them completed five rounds by close of play. Soma was unable to play a fifth game because of work commitments and Catherine also withdrew after four games. Fortunes fluctuated as the games progressed. Bruce and Sue each had four wins but Sue narrowly beat Bruce on net points. It was a good day, we all played well and the weather was kind to us.
